By accessing or using Jasper ("the Service"), operated by Shakewell Agency ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jasper is an AI-powered code review platform that integrates with GitHub to provide automated code reviews for pull requests. The Service uses Claude AI to analyze code and provide feedback.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid GitHub account
• Authorize our GitHub App to access your repositories
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Free Tier and Credits

We offer a free tier that includes:

• 10 code reviews per month per organization
• Free reviews reset monthly on your signup anniversary
• All features included in the free tier

Additional reviews can be purchased as credit packs. Credits do not expire and are consumed after free reviews are exhausted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to review code that violates third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

Your Code

You retain all rights to your code. We do not claim ownership of any code you submit for review. Your code is processed solely to provide the review service and is not used for any other purpose.

Our Service

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Shakewell Agency and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Data Handling

We process your code temporarily to generate reviews. Please see our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated reviews
• Decisions made based on review feedback
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shakewell Agency from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Unused credits are non-refundable
• We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sydney, Australia.
