Moving from Slack
- Export your workspace data from Slack as a zip file.
- Send the export to us. Our team imports the channels, direct and group messages, reactions and files it contains. On Slack Free and Pro the export holds public channels only; private channels and direct messages need a Business+ or Enterprise export, which Slack asks owners to apply for. We can leave out messages from Slack guest accounts if you prefer.
- Point your deploy, uptime and error alerts at Jasper channels by swapping each Slack incoming webhook URL for a Jasper one.
- Install the Jasper desktop app on macOS, Windows or Linux, or use Jasper in the browser. Huddles, calls, screen clips and channel summaries are in the desktop app.
- Agree how people reach each other away from their desks, because there is no phone app.
