What is Jasper?

How long does setup take?
About 60 seconds. No config files, no CI changes.
Which languages are supported?
All of them. Claude understands language-specific patterns for every major language.
Is there a free tier?
Yes! Every organization gets 10 free reviews per month, forever. No credit card required to start.
What counts as a "review"?
One review = one PR analyzed. Multiple commits to the same PR don't use extra credits. Credits never expire.
Can you see my entire codebase?
No. We only process the diff (changed lines) in your PR, not your entire repository. Minimal access, maximum security.
Is my code stored anywhere?
No. Your code is deleted immediately after review. We use Anthropic's zero-retention API. Your code is never used for AI training.
Can I customize the reviews?
Extensively! Add your own guidelines via AGENTS.md, exclude files, set quality gates with thresholds (critical/high/medium issues), configure branch protection with AI, use repository tags, and customize per-repo or organization-wide.
