Delete your Jasper account

You can ask for your account to be deleted in the Jasper HQ app, or on this page.

In the app

In Jasper HQ for iPhone and Android, go to You › Settings › Delete account.

Your request goes to your organisation's owners and to the Jasper team. It includes your name, email address, organisation and any note you add.
An owner approves it. Your account is then erased after 30 days, and you can cancel any time before that. Download your data first if you want a copy.
Messages you sent stay in their conversations without your name.
Content in your workspace is kept while your organisation uses Jasper, unless you or your organisation delete it. If your request is about content your organisation controls, we may need to pass it to your organisation.
Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Account deletion requests are kept with no automatic deletion.
